I just noticed you said Gulf war Oil spill. There was no Gulf War oil spill. When Saddam retreated from Kuwait he set oil fields on fire but that was 20 years ago. I am going to assume you mean Gulf oil spill that was a lot less sever then thought and the region is recovering a lot better then the environmentalists had hoped.
