I completed my first round of Clomid this month and I am currently on CD 23. My nipples are extremely sore and breasts are so tender. I went yesterday to have blood work done to confirm that ovulation actually occurred. I will find out tomorrow if it did. I sure feel as though it did. I was told by the nurse that Clomid symptoms do mimic pregnancy. Prayerfully this is the real deal as i always wanted a September baby!!! At any rate best wishes to you and feel free to contact me any time. I am currently on 50 mg of Clomid, however the dosage may get increased if I fail to ovulate. Although i am sure I did!!!
