Did Adolf Hitler have a brother?
Hitler had a half brother (same father, different mothers) named Alois Hitler, Jr. His son William Hitler (Adolph’s nephew) ended up in the US and served in the Navy during WWII. William’s descendants are still around but live in anonymity and reportedly at least some of them have agreed not to have children in order for the line to die out. Seriously, he had three brothers, Gustav, Otto and Edmund but they all idied in childhood. He had one step brother Alois (born in 1882) and one step-sister, Angela (1883-1949) from his father’s previous marriage. according to About.com Interestingly, Hitler’s half brother Alois is supposed to have moved to Liverpool England in 1911 with a wife named Bridgit and according to his wife’s diary, Hitler stayed with the couple in their flat from November 1912 to April 1913.
