Did Abraham Lincoln sign the US Constitution?
One day Lincoln signed the Magna Carta and no one even noticed. But he got cocky and was found doodling hearts and happy faces all over the Great Writ of Habeas Corpus, which is one theory as to why he suspended it leading up to the Civil War. The theory is he actually never really suspended the Writ of Habeas Corpus and people only thought he did because he had framed his version of the hearts and doodled Writ and hung it on his wall in the Lincoln bedroom. In the days leading up to the civil war a journalist from Rolling Stone asked; “But Mr. President, what about Habeas Corpus?” And the usually sad and forlorn looking Abe perked up, his eyes beaming with pride and he said: “I have it suspended above my bed.
