Abacus Electronics was a distributor located in Sunnyvale CA and Austin Texas. They served the high tech industry, in particular Applied Materials. They stopped operations on March 18th 2009. As of April 21st 2009, they have not filed for Chapter 7 or Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
