Dial2Do doesn’t seem to understand me – what’s wrong?
If Dial2Do doesn’t understand what you say, it will just say “Sorry, I didn’t hear you” and you can say what you want done again. Don’t shout or whisper (that makes it hard for Dial2Do to understand you), just speak at a normal volume. If you make a mistake you can say “main menu” to begin your session again. If you are in the middle of recording an email or message, you can press * to cancel your recording. Check the Quick Reference Guide for a list of commands you can use.
