Devestation does not show up for crit chance on my character pane. Is it broken?

No. The reason Devestation doesn’t show up is because it is tree specific. Demonic Tactics and Backlash show up because they are NOT tree specific. The Mage talent, Critical Mass shows up on the tooltip, because it is ELEMENT specific instead of tree specific.
