Dessert Reception?
Are you planning on making the food or are you going to have it catered? I think that if you want to serve dinner that the turkey idea for a fall themed wedding is great. You could make it really simple too. Have some turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, green beans, etc. You may want to just start getting some prices on catering and see how much of a difference it would be to serve a turkey dinner rather then an appetizer/dessert reception.
