Solution: All of the BAM metadata artifacts, including: Plans, EMSs, DataObjects, Reports, Alerts, etc. can be exported and imported using a utility called ICommand, which exports to and imports from XML files. This utility has both a command line and a WebService interface. It is fully documents in the product documentation.
