Generally, no additional support is needed unless the rough-in sheet indicates otherwise. STERLING shower doors come with wall anchors which will hold the door to the wall or shower surround. If you are remodeling or building a new home, adding a wood beam, such as a 2″ x 4″, to fasten the door to, may provide enough support for any of the doors in our comprehensive offering.
