Equity-League has a self-pay dental plan only for participants that have health coverage either under the HMO or the Major Medical policy through the Indemnity Plan. The only members that are eligible for the dental plan are those that are covered for health benefits under the health plan. Please contact any one of the Fund Offices in your area regarding information on the dental plan.
