If you’d like to invite attendees to your booth pre or post official show hours, send a list of the date, time and meeting attendees to devans@ashp.org prior to the meeting so that we can coordinate with meeting security. In addition, you will need a company representative outside the exhibit hall to escort attendees to your booth.
