If the Conexant drivers do not work then the driver “PCTEL 2304WT V.92 MDC Modem” should work. The driver can be downloaded from this link http://support.dell.com/support/download… More than likely this is the modem the system shipped with. If other drivers for the system are required they can be downloaded from here http://support.dell.com/support/download… I hope this helps.
