Seih-Ying Co., Ltd., had developed the twin colored (red/white) Siglite Tempered Glass Road Stud more than 10 years ago. Unfortunately the Taiwan National Standard – CNS13762- did not regulate this type of Tempered Glass Road Stud in order to prevent the remonstration by same business and query of collusive tendering. This type of twin colored Siglite markers are only marketed overseas but not in Taiwan. Referring to the experience of using hundred thousands of Siglite Tempered Glass Road Studs on Taiwan freeways observed by road checks, we never heard any complaints by road users.
