Turkey and doves may not be hunted where they are lured by bait (grain or food stuffs). The lure and attraction of any bait is a determination made with varying circumstances. The safest route would be to cut off all feeders and remove all bait at least 10 full days before hunting turkeys and doves. NOTE: Big game feeders are illegal at anytime on all lands in the Piedmont and Mountain areas of South Carolina. Deer Harvest Information: An annual survey is conducted of deer taken by hunters on hunting clubs and those who record deer at a big game check station.
