It is a Flip Summon, and to negate and destroy the monster, Saber Hole would have to say Flip Summon as well. But Saber Hole just says Summon, which in this case means Normal Summon (Level 4 or Lower without anything putting it on the field other than your once per turn allowance) so it would not work.
