Make sure you don’t try to play/record a commercial VCR tape. It is protected by macrovision, so it will not work. So try first a home-made VCR tape. If it does not work, then maybe there is something wrong with your unit. Make sure that also your PC meets the min. requirements (for example Windows XP, USB 2.0, etc.) Check the Dazzle box.
