Data shows to have refreshed, but the legacy program is showing no Associate data. What is happening?
• Try turning off the firewall or anti-virus programs on the computer before logging into to the Legacy program. • Open the Legacy program; click the cancel button when the login screen appears. Then click the Refresh button and enter your login name and password. • Go to Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove programs to remove the Legacy program. Once it has been uninstalled, restart and then install the program from the Success Guide CD.
