Also, verify the System conduit is set to handheld overrides desktop. • Make sure the conduit for the product is set to ‘Synchronize the files’. • The application on the handheld needs to be stored on the handheld in RAM, not a memory card, for the conduit to synchronize the data. • If you have installed a new handheld, you will need to run the full install program again to update the data directory location. • The hotsync version should be 3.0 or higher for proper hotsync operation.
