has not been a documented command in Agent for several versions. To save an attachment to your default location, use the Save All To Default Folder command, located in File | Attachments. The keyboard shortcut is listed next to the command. The documented command to save attachments from Agent has been Save All Attachments since sometime in the version 1.x development cycle through 2.0, and now that’s been renamed with the 3.0 re-write. We just never bothered to remove the old command until now. This FAQ Entry was updated on 10.12.05, please give us your feedback.
