D – Does my file contain a virus or malicious software (“malware”)?
Our server verifies all uploaded documents and deletes those that could be infected by a virus or malicious software (“malware”). We ask that you scan your file with anti-virus software before sending it to us. If our system detects a virus or malicious software in your uploaded file, it will delete the file automatically. If you do not have anti-virus software installed on your computer, please note that it can be found free of charge on the Internet for Mac, Windows or Linux operating systems. There are also online anti-viral analysis services for individual files. An Internet search using “free online anti-virus” will allow you to find these free applications and services.
