All customization is immediately available across a mortgage company’s entire user base, although in some cases your users will need to log out and log back in before they can see the changes. Among other features, MortgagePro CRM allows you to: 1) Create Custom Fields — under each tab in MortgagePro, custom fields can be added to accommodate a mortgage company’s unique business needs; 2) Modify dropdown values; and 3) Configure the User Interface — individual users can configure their own user interfaces and Favorite Links to meet their specific needs.
