In LabelMark 5 Software, we support the following operating systems: Win XP, Vista, and Windows 7. In Vista and Windows 7, a user needs to have admin rights for this functionality to be accessible. He or she will need to manipulate these settings on the printer itself. These operating systems restrict the user from accessing this functionality because of security to the system. In Win XP, the user will still be able to set these settings via the LabelMark Software.
