Customer Service: Can a participant change their password? Can an online chair change a password?
The participant can change their password by selecting Change Profile under the log in area at the top right of the screen. The online chair can also reset the password: • Log into your Event Management Center • Click Customer Service from the top navigation bar • Under Related Actions (left hand side), click Manage Participants • Find the participant whose username/password you would like to find in the list or through the search function • Once you’ve found the participant, click Manage Participant next to his/her name. • The username will be visible from this page but not the password • You can reset the participant’s password by clicking Reset Password under Related Actions (left hand side) • Once you have reset the password to whatever you’d like, you can send the participant their username and reset password so they can log in.
