Customer Number/ Online PIN / Email / Password?
Customer Number: This number is the same as your Ticket Office account number. It can be found on your season ticket renewal form or on your season tickets above your name. If you cannot locate your customer number, please call 1-800-Stanford or email: tickets@gostanford.com and a ticket representative will help you. Online Pin: This number is used only the 1st time you activate your season ticket account online. It can be found in the middle of your season ticket renewal form. If you cannot locate your Online PIN, please call 1-800-Stanford or email: tickets@gostanford.com and a ticket representative will help you. Customer Email: The email address you use for all your correspondence and online purchases with the Stanford Athletic Ticket Office. NOTE: you cannot use the same email address for more than one account.
