Currently I have 10 points in Runes of Suppression & I have just equipped an item that increases it to 12. Why do I not have the lvl 12 spell Hugins Malison ?

Currently I have 10 points in Runes of Suppression & I have just equipped an item that increases it to 12. Why do I not have the lvl 12 spell Hugins Malison ?

You only get spells based on the amount of Specialisation points you put into a Specialisation Spell Line. Any items or bonuses that add to Specialisation lines will not allow you to gain the spell for the level they increase you to.
