Answer – No child under the age of 18 years shall loiter, idle or remain upon any street, alley or other public place in the village between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day on Sunday through Thursday, or between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, unless the child is accompanied by his parent, guardian or other person haing legal custody of the child. This section shall not apply to a child who is performing an errand as directed by his/her parent, guardian or other person having legal custiody of the child, a child on their own premises, a child whose employment makes it necessary fo rthe child to be upon the streets, alleys or public places or in any motor vehicle during such hours, or a child who is returning from a supervised school, church or civic finction.
