This is caused by the hardware-based codec used by some MJPEG Capture Cards. This hardware-based codec is not compatible with the DirectShow component of DirectX. And some software MJPEG codecs are not compatible with DirectX either. Since the “Cucusoft Mpeg/Mov/RMVB/DivX/AVI to DVD/VCD/SVCD Converter Pro” requires DirectShow compoent, you have to make sure the original video files have the support of DirectShow, otherwise, you should contact the card vendor and request a DirectShow-compatible of the video codec.
