Criticom keeps calling me to tell me about a signal my alarm is sending. Can I stop this?
Yes. If you wish to stop being called about a signal, simply tell the Criticom operator that you wish to place that signal or zone on test. Please be aware, however, that should this zone or signal be received again and it is a legitimate fire, burglary, or other emergency condition, the appropriate services will NOT be dispatched.
