I read all these articles on the internet about how to stop radon gas from entering your home – then I’ll read a completely separate article about how to prevent mold in the home due to excess moisture. These are different problems, but both have the same solution: install liner underneath the home with 0.000 permeability. Its really not that much more complicated than that. Many Do It Yourselfers can be intimidated by the thought of installing a crawl space liner, but its really not any more complicated than installing carpet in your home (often times easier since there is little demo & set up work).
