I wouldn’t. It’s not as strong as aggregate rock and it’s in uneven sizes. And, I can’t imagine how you would break it into even sizes that wouldn’t take you all day. Besides, bags of concrete come with aggregate already mixed in. So, there’s no point in busting up existing concrete to mix in with it.
