Could you tell us about the Arcelor Mittal Foundation?
Yes, the Arcelor Mittal Foundation is managed at the corporate level. At Arcelor Mittal Zenica we also have several social programs that are aligned with the Foundation. We have made contributions for various levels of stakeholders and we feel that the community, society, government, municipal authorities, and people in general are very important to us. But our most important stakeholders are our employees, aside from customers and suppliers. We continually invest a lot in our employees and have several programs for them. For example, our topmost priority for our employees is safety and health. Despite the recession and cost reduction programs, we never compromised our safety and health measures, even in 2008 and 2009. Going forward, we also have major budget allocations toward health and safety. Regarding the community and society, we regularly collaborate with NGOs and the municipality and have made many contributions. For example, we donated X-Ray machinery to the cantonal hospital
