Could you see a situation in the USA where Barack Obama becoming President causes a second Civil War?
Civil war means a war within the country ….. Obama could possibly cause one if he tried to disarm the entire country. Outside of that, the only think I can think of that would cause internal war would be if someone harmed him while in office. That is a scenario I absolutely dread, because I am certain that riots, and possibly civil war, would happen immediately.
