One of the best way to bring out the brilliance of the pieces is through direct contact with body warmth. Rubbing with fingers and hands would naturally enhance it appearance. Of course, this direct contact is only possible for small portable pieces. For bigger items, you could use a bristle brush to polish it. Some collectors would have their jade pieces buffed mechanically. It does enhance its appearance but we strongly do not recommend it since the process of buffing and waxing would destroy the natural patina on the jade.
