Could we start out with a brief overview of the history and evolution of Cbeyond Communications?
Mr. Geiger: We founded Cbeyond to provide a package of broadband services to small businesses at prices they could afford. We knew there was a void in the service provision to this very large and growing subset of business customers that we call the entrepreneurial class. It’s really companies with less than 100 employees and the sweet spot being between five to 25 employees. They are generally too small to have their own professional IT or telecommunications staff and are largely dependent upon vendors. We felt that the traditional ways of delivering broadband services to these folks, inclusive of local, long-distance, high-speed Internet access, e-mail, Web-hosting, were not rationally drawn up. Certainly aspects of this bundle were being approached. The ILEC commands most of the market share for local service, and then you have the traditional IXCs for long-distance service, and previously DSL companies were providing some high-speed Internet access.
