Looking at the law in the UK there seems to be loopholes Only air rifles that generate a certain amount of energy are considered fire arms and thus needing a fire-arm certificate. other air guns don’t require fire arm certs New air-gun legislation that out laws sale online/mai order doesn’t apply to second hand guns, only new guns Deaths occur every year. Last year a 17 year old died, year before a 12 year old died.
