Could we have a district finance website with payroll dates, budget forms, budget updates, policies, etc.?

Is this a district policy or a school policy, if any policy at all? Student meals are subsidized by the government. The Child Nutrition department receives a certain amount of reimbursement based on the type of meal served, whether it is free, reduced price, or full priced. Child nutrition receives no reimbursement from the government for adult meals, therefore the price of food served to adults must cover the cost of food and preparation.
