Yes. Shortness of breath is a more severe symptom of OHSS. Are you still experiencing this? If so, I would try and see if your clinic has an off hours doctor to speak with you. If they do not have a doctor for you to speak to, go into emergency. Thursday is not soon enough. You really don’t want to take any chances. You may have built up fluids that need to be drained. OHSS with Clomid is very rare. Although you can feel bloated and uncomfortable, there usually is not enough of the drug to stimulate your ovaries to develop so many follicles that you over stimulate. BUT, that is not to say you have not developed OHSS. I got OHSS on my last fresh IVF cycle. Other than extreme bloating and cramping, I would not have known I had OHSS if it weren’t for positive blood test.
