Could there still be lava tubes and magma chambers beneath the Moon?

Old empty lava tubes yes. Magma chambers seem unlikely. I believe various of the Apollo missions left some very sensitive seismographs. They seem to be very quiet now, so if there is magma it isn’t moving, which wouldn’t be the normal state of affairs. But, I haven’t actually checked with NASA so I could be wrong.
