Could the Wildrose Alliance bring Tea Party Movement ideas to Canada?
Conservative Home has a very interesting piece on Canada’s new Wildrose Alliance in conservative Alberta. The alliance is already leading the polls in the province, on 42%. For understandable historical reasons, the Tea Party Movement may not appeal in Canada, whose ancestors fought on the British side in the war that followed the Boston Tea Party, but the Wildrose Alliance’s programme suggests that it has much in common with the movement south of the border.
