Could the Danish labour market model under such circumstances still be financed?
Yes, of course. The percentage of the income coming from this margin of personal income taxes is a very small part of the total Danish state income, so it would not be a problem. We are convinced that if we decrease marginal taxes, we would get more labour supply. People would work longer and enterthe labour market earlier.
