The Board has authority to issues bonds for the revenue system (residence halls, bookstores, student unions, food service operations). Dakota State University is currently looking at a housing remodel project of $4.5M and South Dakota School of Mines and Technology is looking at a $6.0M Student Union remodel. The universities are also completing a housing review which may generate additional remodel projects and new construction in the revenue system.
