Could the Blue Flame or the Budweiser Rocket still be used today to attempt the Land Speed record?

The Blue Flame was designed to reach 850 mph. The current record is 763 mph. If the fuel tanks were reconfigured to run at full thrust (22,000 lb) a new record would be possible. The Budweiser rocket did not carry enough fuel nor have sufficient thrust to exceed the speed of sound or set a record per the FIA regulations.
