Could someone post me a good recipe for spaghetti bolognaise?
Chop and fry an onion and garlic in olive oil and then add the quorn mice, when this is cooking slice some mushrooms and throw them in the pan, to make it really tasty then add a glass of red wine and cook for five mins before adding tinned chopped tomato’s and tomato puree, if you have passata use that (sieved tomato’s), season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and then put on a low heat and cook for 45mins to get all the lovely flavours out. Serve it with spaghetti, garlic bread which is really easy to make, just get a baguette mix some crushed garlic and butter together, make slices into the bread and put a generous spreading in each bit and bake for 10mins, do a nice salad and have some Parmesan cheese to and it will be a lovely meal!
