Could someone list a few exercises with ankle weights to increase vertical?
You can sit on a high surface or something that makes your feet hang put the ankle weights on and raise your leg slowly till you lock your knee, hold it for 15 seconds and bring down your leg slowly. That will build up your thigh muscles. Another thing you can do is stand and lock your knees. While doing this you go up on your the balls of your feet. This will build up your calves.I had to do this for physical therapy because I completely tore my ACL in my knee playing football.
