it is impossible to become a member on club penguin without paying. membership cards will be avalable at any good supermarket in the gift card section. The code will be on the back of the card. If you are having further problems inquire with the club penguin staff. DO NOT listen to anybody saying that you can get free membership if you do a certain thing. It could get you banned. The phone membership is popular, but the payment may be sent to con artists. But if it is not, then you end up paying anyway in your phone bill. Also DO NOT give your password and name to ANYONE claiming to have it returned with membership or extra coins.
