Could similar functionality be achieved from the client side, with a browser that accesses both Google Apps and the internal sites, and aggregates the application functionality?
We believe that our solution is more comprehensive: • A browser solution could not work in absence of a user – for batch or scheduled jobs, for example. • A browser solution would not work outside the firewall or VPN. • Application sharing would be much more complex. • Client-side data access and aggregation inside a browser is experimental and has been not proven.
