Could Rosie O”Donnells debut show save NBC?
Washington, Nov 27 (ANI): American television host Rosie O”Donnell debuts her show Rosie Live, a live variety show straight from Broadways Little Shubert Theater, on November 27. The shows outcome is being awaited with bated breath, as its viewership could help out in reviving an ailing network schedule, Fox News reports. NBC has already dumped Lipstick Jungle, My Own Worst Enemy and Crusoe, and has also announced that theyre putting Deal or No Deal on the shelf for a while. If it werent for 30 Rock and The Office and the Law & Order show, there would have been nothing much to watch on the network at all. For O”Donnell, this could be the beginning of something big, as her show features performances by Alannis Morrisette, Ne Yo, comedian Kathy Griffin, plus Alec Baldwin, Jane Krakowski, Rachael Ray, Harry Connick Jr., Clay Aiken, and Gloria Estefan. The actress is going to open the show with a big musical number a duet shes been rehearsing with Liza Minnelli for several days.
