Could One Enlarged Axillary Lymph Node Indicate Cancer?

0

I have one axillary lymph node that has been found on a breast ultrasound for which I am scheduled to have a needle biopsy. My digital mammogram was normal. I am wondering if one enlarged axillary node could be cancer or if affected lymph nodes are just a result of cancer somewhere in the body?
