The Hospital has no objection to this idea if doing so would allow sufficient circulation to support the Hospital and the proposed medical office buildings. We have asked our traffic engineer to study this question. It should be pointed out that Old Lancaster Road is a state road under the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. It would be unusual for PennDOT to allow this change to a state road.
